Why are we sharing our commission with you?
We discovered that most homebuyers have done much of the leg work in finding their home before they contact us. They use well-known websites like Zillow®, Trulia®, and Realtor.com® to browse MLS listings and narrow down their searches.
Typically, we found that most buyers only want to see 2-3 homes before making a decision. Yet, most real estate companies are still charging a full commission for less work! With home prices skyrocketing over the last decade, the market demanded our new commission sharing model! So here we are!

01.
Find Your dream home
You find your dream home using your favorite sites (or ours!). Browse around, bookmark the properties you are interested in and then contact us to schedule tours of the ones you want to see in person or virtually! We have MLS access and will be able to easily set up a tour for you!
02.
Handling the Paperwork
This part is important. Real estate agents do more than just find or sell homes. There are surveys, title policies, option periods, inspections, contracts, mortgages, and so forth. Even when you're buying new construction, you can still get roped into paying too much in unnecessary fees for your new home. Let us help walk you through the process.
03.
Closing & Moving in!
This is the FUN part. We make it easy for you and make sure that you get your cut of our commission paid at closing! Depending on the lender’s requirements, you may be able to use the funds for home furnishings (e.g., fridge, W/D, etc.) or use it towards your closing costs! Contact us to find out more and if your deal qualifies!
Can New Home Gurus sell my home too?
That’s a great question. Yes, we can.
Our process for this is pretty traditional. We sign a listing agreement and follow it up with a seller’s disclosure where you’ll tell us all about your home. Then, we take beautiful pictures and list your home online.
Then, yet again, we’ll do all the paperwork and negotiate your deal and protect your investment every step of the way. Then after we close, we’ll send you half of our commission. That’ll be 1.5% of your home’s value. Its a pretty sweet deal, we know.
